because of too much stress. Most
common of which would include stress
from work, at home, or stress when
losing someone close to one's heart.
When you are at work and you co
worker wants you to do something and
you know you are not comfortable of
doing, learn how to say no. You need
not explain. This can help lessen
the stress you feel in you. Also,
take short breaks while you are at
work. When you say break, that means
getting outside and talking some
short walks. A breeze of clean fresh
air can help you going.
Learn how to
breathe properly.
Your
breathing can help a lot with the
lessening of your anxiety attacks.
Breath in through your nose, hold it
until you feel your lungs, and let
it our slowly. Do the technique for
about 5 to 6 breathes.
There are other many ways to cure
panic disorder. And when done
correctly, you can achieve a more
relaxed and comfortable feeling.
That way, you wont have to worry
about having anxiety attacks.
